Adding a Cashflow to a Quote
To add a Cashflow to a Quote, click the Edit Pencil on a Quote of your choice, then scroll to the ‘Cashflows’ dropdown:

Specifying an Order to apply a Cashflow to
To assign an order to a cashflowCashflow, simply click the Edit Pencil on the pencil button next to it from within the quote record. You'll see the following screen:

Then, select the related order from the dropdown menu and hit 'Save'.
Please note - using the 'Admin View Only' box Cashflow in the ‘Cashflows’ dropdown on a Quote:

Select your chosen order from the ‘Order’ dropdown field and click ‘Save’
Note: Checking the 'Restricted' checkbox will make the cashflow only visible to Accelerate administrators.
You can invoice any of these cashflows using the built in invoicing system on Accelerate.

To move a cashflow simply click the 'Move' button on the edit cashflow screen:

You can select the Relationship, Opportunity, Quote (and optionally Order) to which the cashflow should be moved:. Then click ‘Save’ to move your Cashflow!
After confirming your intent, the cashflow and any related payments will be moved lickety-split.
