If you have been entering test data into Quotevine before you Go Live, follow this guide to clear the relationships and the related data when you are finished testing.
Note: You can only do this before your Go Live date, or if you are using a Sandbox account!
To get started, go to Settings - Organisation Settings - Clear all Relationships.
This box will then appear on your screen.
Fill in the box as advised if you want to proceed.
This secondary confirmation box will then appear.
Fill it in.
Click OK and a confirmation will appear.
Then your test data will have cleared from Quotevine ready for your Go Live.
