Deleting Test Data

If you have been entering test data into Accelerate before you Go Live, follow this guide to clear the relationships and the related data when you are finished testing.

Note: You can only do this before your Go Live date, or if you are using a Sandbox account!


To get started, click ‘Settings’, then ‘Organisation Settings’ and then click ‘Clear all Relationships’:

 

The following popup will then be displayed:

Enter ‘DELETE’ and then click ‘OK’ to confirm. The following message will be displayed:

Then your test data will have cleared from Accelerate ready for your Go Live!
