Updating Ratebook Summaries

A ratebook summary is a system-calculated record which can tell you the cheapest deal for a given combination of:
Term
Initial Payments
Annual Mileage
Maintenance
They are available at Range (3 SERIES), Model (3 SERIES TOURING) or Derivative (3 SERIES TOURING 335d xDrive M Sport 4dr Step Auto) level
See the following example summaries at all levels:

Only ratebooks which are marked as Active, and only ratebook entries which are marked as Active will be considered when creating the summaries. Once you have ratebook summaries created, you can access them through the API to populate an external system or website. You can also request a file to be created for upload to Contract Hire and Leasing.com.
To get your summaries, you need to navigate to Settings -> Ratebooks and click the 'Update Summaries' button in the top right of the region:
This will queue the job, and email you once it has been completed.
