To add deals to your Quotevine, you need to have access to the deal manager module. If you currently don't have this access but need it, speak to your system administrator or email support@quotevineapp.com

How to add deals

  1. Head to the 'Deals' tab on quotevine (located next to contracts).

  1. Hit 'Add Deal'

  1. You can now select the title of the deal and set the limits. In the below example, i've got a deal from LEX:

  1. After you have created the deal and set the parameters, it's time to add some deal entries. The deal entries are where you specify the deal(s) that are being offered.

  1. Hit the 'Add Deal Entry' button - you'll be prompted to select a vehicle and choose the finance information (similar to if you were building a quote).

  1. After pressing save, you'll be asked how many of this deal there are.

In the example below, the Lex deal was on an Audi RS 3 and we have 20 of them. There is also 400 bonus commission if we manage to sell one:

After you have created the deal and deal entries, the salesmen can select a deal from within the opportunities screen:

Because each deal is individual, you can see if any of the deal entries have been reserved or are in use within the deals screen:
