Deleting a User
If an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access to Accelerate you will need to delete them from the system.
Note that if the user you want to delete is set up as:
the sender of any action-triggered emails
the recipient of a system-generated task
the user to which a system-generated task should be escalated to if not completed on time
You will need to reassign the sender on these actions before deleting the user.
Transferring Relationships Bulk Transfer Opportunities
To delete a user: Click the 'Settings' tab and scroll to the 'Users' section:
Click the pencil icon on the user you wish to delete:
Then click the 'Delete' button highlighted in red found in the top right hand corner. After this you will prompted with a confirmation message.
If you are sure you are deleting the correct user, click 'OK'. A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the user has been deleted.
