Status Duration

It may be useful highlight when an Opportunity, Quote, Proposal, Order etc. has been at a particular status for an excessive amount of time.

A status may be configured to do this by setting a duration against it. This may be done for all types of statuses.


Configuration

In ‘Settings’ > ‘Workflow Settings’ > Edit your chosen status, a granularity from days to minutes may be set against any status:


Notification

If the status remains past the duration configured then the Account Manager, along with their manager (if they have one configured) will be alerted via a push notification. Additionally the edit link on the relevant list screen will gently glow red.
