Adding a User to a Relationship

When using Quotevine as a fleet management portal, you may need to give your customers access to the system. To do this, you'll need to add them as users on each relationship they need to see. 

Log into your Quotevine and head to Settings > Users. If the user already exists on the system for another relationship, use the Relationship dropdown above your list of users to find them. 

Go into your user's record by clicking on the pencil button, and then hit 'Add Relationship'. Choose the right relationship from the dropdown menu and hit save. 

If the user doesn't already exist elsewhere, simply find the the Relationship you want to add them to and then hit 'Add User'. You'll then be taken to a screen where you can create a new user and assign them to any relationships you need to.
