Progressing Opportunties

The status of an opportunity can be changed from the Opportunity page. For example, if an opportunity was won or lost, the status would require updating.

To change the status of an opportunity, click ‘Opportunities’ in the top menu and then click on the ‘Status’ field on the opportunity of your choice:

The following menu will be displayed - here you can change the opportunity status and leave a note for any other information. If the opportunity was lost, there is also a section to list a reason for losing the opportunity:

Once you are done making changes, click ‘Save’. The new status will now appear in the Opportunity page:
