Progressing a Quote

When creating a quote, it is important to make sure you are progressing your quote as it goes through different Financial and Order status'. 

Click ‘Quotes’ on the top menu bar, then click the Edit Pencil on the quote you wish progress:

To progress the financial status of your quote, select one of your statuses under the ‘Finance Status’ dropdown:

You will see a different selection according to what options your individual company has chosen in regards to finance status. Make sure you go through and select the new status of the quote as it progresses.

Similarly, you will need to update the order status of the quote in the same way. Select one of your Order status' using the ‘Order Status’ dropdown menu each time the quote progresses:
