E-Sign Checks

When you send an e-sign document, Accelerate will create internal tasks to check the status at the following intervals:

The sender of the document will be alerted by email as soon as the document is signed, but if the signature occurs just after a check has been run, it may be some time before the status is updated in Accelerate and the signed copy uploaded.

If you would like to force an additional check, click the Check E-Sign Status button on the Generated Documents area of the Order page.
