Orders
When a customer is happy to proceed with the prices quoted to them, a vehicle can be ordered within Accelerate.
Note: The Orders tab is only used by the Automotive brokers or funders, as Asset Finance brokers do not handle the ordering of an asset usually.
Within an Order, a user is able to ensure all the specifics relating to a vehicle are recorded correctly, including any options on the vehicle and any Cashflows that need to be recorded against the order. All communication between the Dealer and the Funder can be stored against an Order, and once delivery of the vehicle has been confirmed the subsequent Contract can be activated.
Info: Contract Activation occurs when a User moves an Order Status to either a Delivered or Confirmed QV Accelerate Status, and contract activation can be backdated by using the “Confirmed Delivery Date” field to record the activation date.
The Order Record
Finance Details
The Finance Details shows a summary of the Quotation that has been built for a customer. This will include the Finance Product, Payment Terms and Finance Amount. See screenshot below.
Order Details
Any details relating to the Order of a Vehicle will be summarised here. Users are able to capture delivery information, registration details and also specify which Dealer they are using to order the vehicle. See screenshot below.
Cashflows
Cashflows allow User’s to add extra income/expenditure to a deal, any Cashflows added to a Quote will be summarised here.

Contact Details
Contact details are shown for the main Relationship/Applicant contact. Should a manual email need to be generated, the blue hyperlink can be clicked and the Applicant emailed accordingly.
Asset or Derivative Details
The Asset or Vehicle details relating to a Quotation will be summarised here, details relating to the Asset or Vehicle can be edited from here.
Ancillary Products
If your business sells add-on products, these can be configured and added as Ancillary Products. Any Ancillary Products added to a Quote will be summarised here.

Tasks & Notes
All open/outstanding Tasks that are associated to a Quote will be summarised in this section, there is also an option to filter and show any completed Tasks against the Quote.
Any Notes associated to a Quote will also be summarised here, and a User is able to add Notes onto various records within Accelerate and categorise these. There is also an option to ‘Show System Notes’ which will present a summary of all changes that were made to the record in Accelerate with timestamps for a full audit trail.
Part Exchanges
If a Vehicle or Asset is used for Part Exchange value against a Quotation, the details of this Part Exchange will be added in via this section.
Uploaded & Generated Documents
Any documentation that is generated within Accelerate relating to a Quotation will be stored here, Users will be able to view either only the latest versions of documents, or all historical versions.
Any Documents that are uploaded against a Quotation will be presented in the section below and will be available to download from here.
