Journey Types & Custom Fields
Journey Types are used within the Portal to define how you would like different types of Proposals to be captured. You could define different journeys depending on the type of asset being quoted on (e.g. hard or soft asset) or by each finance product being offered.
To start using the Portal to submit proposals you must have at least one Journey Type specified and assigned to a user.
To configure a Journey Type, an Admin user should navigate to Admin > Journey Types & Custom Fields:
From here you will be presented with a list of the existing Journey Types that are configured in your system, and also have the ability to add a new Journey Type.
