Configuration & Branding

When setting up your Portal, you are able to customise this to your businesses own branding and requirements.
To access Configuration and Branding settings, an Admin user should navigate to Admin > Config & Branding:
From here there are a variety of fields that are configurable, each field marked with a red asterix is mandatory:
Field | Description |

Logo | Your business logo |
Group Name | The name used when referring to your business or group |
Business Name | The name used when referring to activity generated by your Internal Staff Users |
Site Title | The name used on browser page windows when referring to the site |
Max Net Cost | The maximum net cost of finance your business will offer |
Loan Purposes | The purposes for any Loans offered |
Security Types | The security types that can be added against a Loan |
Opportunity Cutoff | The number of hours within which an existing opportunity will be reused |
Established Business Months | The number of months after which you consider a business to be established |
GDPR Notice | Your business GDPR Notice can be edited here to be displayed in the Portal |
Marketing Consent Notice | Your business Marketing Consent Notice can be edited here to be displayed in the Portal |
Quotevine Opportunity Source | The Opportunity Source that you would like any Proposals to be populated with in Accelerate This must be an existing Source within Accelerate, please see our guide on Opportunity Sources for further information |
Quotevine Opportunity Status | The Opportunity Status that you would like any Proposals to be populated with in Accelerate This must be an existing Opportunity Status in your Workflow Settings, please see our guide on Custom Statuses for further information |
Quotevine Asset Status | The Asset Status that you would like any Asset to be populated with in Accelerate This must be an existing Asset Status in your Workflow Settings |
Bank Details Required | Configure whether you would like to capture bank details against your customers from within the Portal |
Non Accelerate User Email Address | This is the Accelerate User email address you would like Proposals to be assigned to in Accelerate when a Third Party User submits a Proposal within the Portal |
Branding
You are able to configure the colour schemes within the Portal to match your business colour schemes, you can find the colour selection options at the bottom of the Branding & Configuration page:
To edit any colours, enter the hex code of the colour required, and the changes will be reflected in the preview section.
Once you have completed configuring all of the settings on this page, select ‘Submit’ to save these changes.
