Creating a Case

The 'Case' functionality allows you to log all complaints/commission disclosures from an existing relationship. You can log details of the complaint along with every step taken in solving it.

To add a case, choose the corresponding relationship and click 'Add Case' - found on the far right below the relationship details.

You'll then find yourself on a screen similar to below: 

Here you can add the main details of the complaint/commission disclosure (all mandatory fields are marked with a *).

Once you have filled in as much information as possible, hit the save button.

This case is now stored against the relationship and be viewed or added to at any time:

Please note - Once a case has been created it can never be deleted.
