QV Vehicle Procurement - Dealer side

Dealers are able to load discounts against vehicles and publish them so that the broker community can view and ultimately order vehicles with those discounts. Once a broker has order a vehicle through a dealership, functionality allows them to have two-way communication through the platform.

Home page - the home page displays in bar chart form, all orders placed with the dealer and which status they in. The second chart shows you where these orders originated from.

Discounts - In the front screen you can view all published and unpublished discounts. By clicking on the description you will be taken to the discount details.

Loading discounts - in the screen above click Add Discount. Choose the relevant manufacturer and select which dealership(s) the discount should apply to, add a description and valid from and to dates. You also have the option to select whether the discounts apply to options and contain FOC metallic.

Add the discounts against each vehicle at either model/trim level or click 'Derivative Mode' to drill down further for more specific discounts. Discounts can be loaded either as a percentage or a monetary amount.

Once completed click the 'save' button just above the discount lines. When you're satisfied the discounts are correct you can publish them.

Important: As soon as you click 'Publish' the discounts will be visible to brokers. Even if the 'valid from' date has not yet come into effect, brokers will be able to see the discounts but won't be able to select them. 

Orders page - this screen lists all orders placed with dealers and includes information such as order number, source, status, make, model etc. 

By clicking on the order number you will be taken to the order details screen.

For each new order you will have to accept or reject it.

Any updates you make to the order will be reflected on the broker side including any notes. Likewise if the broker adds a note you will be able to see it in the notes section.

Inviting new users - Administrators can invite additional users onto the platform and select which dealerships they have access to. They can also add a new user as an administrator.
