Locking and Unlocking a Quote

Accelerate gives users the ability to both lock and unlock a quote.
To lock/unlock quotes - You must have ‘Can Unlock’ administrator privileges.
Locking a Quote
To lock a quote, click ‘Orders’ in the top menu bar. Then click the pencil icon on the order of your choice:
Next, click the ‘Lock’ button:
A confirmation window will ensure that you wish to lock the quote, as a quote cannot be unlocked without the correct administrator privileges:
To confirm, click ‘OK’. Once, this option is clicked, the quote is no longer able to be edited.
Unlocking a Quote
To unlock a quote. Click the pencil icon on your chosen order. Then click the ‘Unlock’ button.
Note: Your user must have the ‘Can Unlock’ administrator privilege to unlock a quote.
Enter a valid reason for unlocking your chosen quote:
Click ‘OK’ and your quote is unlocked!
