Changing Account Manager

Note: If you wish to change an account manager on a relationship, your user must have the correct administrator rights.

Ensure that the ‘Account Manager R/O’ checkbox is unchecked on your user. If this is checked on your user, contact your administrator.


Changing an Account Manager

To change the account manager for a relationship, click ‘Relationships’ on the top menu, then click the pencil icon on the relationship of your choice. Then click the ‘Account Manager’ dropdown:

Select the account manager you wish to change to from the dropdown list. Then once your are happy with your changes, click ‘Save’ to save your changes.

In the 'Relationships' page you will now see the new account manager for your chosen relationship:
