Editing Existing Workflow Settings

It is now possible to edit your existing Workflow Settings, including changing the Custom Status names. Meaning you can re-configure your workflow without having to move Quotes/Proposals or Orders from their current status.
In order to Edit Status names, your Accelerate system must be set to Data Load Mode with Global Actions Disabled. This is to stop any automated actions occurring while you are editing your settings. To set both of these modes, head into Organisation Settings.
In the top right hand corner, there are two buttons which allow you to set this mode:
You must set Data Load Mode first, then Set Global Actions Disable.
Your workflow statuses can now be edited as necessary.
To do so, head into Settings > Workflow Settings.
Above each section of statuses, there will be an ‘Edit Statuses’ button. Once this is selected you will be edit any status names as required:
Once you have completed all of your changes, you must then head back into Organisation Settings and Remove Global Actions Disable and Unset Data Load Mode
