Disabling and Enabling Actions

Actions can be disabled individually or at a global level.

To disable an individual action:

Settings -> Workflow Settings -> Actions -> Edit Action -> Select Disabled Checkbox -> Save

To enable an individual action:

Settings -> Workflow Settings -> Actions -> Edit Action -> Deselect Disabled Checkbox -> Save

To set the organisation level action disable flag:

Settings -> Organisation Settings -> Set Global Actions Disable

To remove the organisation level action disable flag:

Settings -> Organisation Settings -> Remove Global Actions Disable

Note that the organisation level flag is independent of the individual action flag - i.e. removing the organisation level flag will not enable actions that are disabled at the individual level.
