Trustpilot Email Action
Firstly you will need to create a Group Emails with the email address being your unique Trustpilot email address
Follow this guide to get started before continuing with the next steps.
To set up your Trust Pilot Email Action you will need to follow these steps.
Click ‘Settings' on the top menu. Then click ‘Workflow Settings' and scroll down to the ‘Actions’ dropdown and click ‘Add Actions’:
In the 'Action Type’ dropdown, select 'Email Trustpilot Review’:
Your email subject can read as whatever you would like. (example - Trust Pilot)
Once this has been done you can move onto the The ‘Email User Group’ dropdown, this will need to be one you created earlier.
Fill out all the other details you need and Save to continue.
Note: It then serves as a trigger that activates the Trustpilot automated feedback service and notifies them that they should send this customer a review invitation.
Now this is done QV will email trust pilot and not the customer. The email contains the customers name, email & reference ID
