Date Milestones

If you want to add actions that trigger at certain points before or after a specific date here's how:
Click 'Settings' and 'Workflow Settings' and scroll to Date Milestones
You then want to click 'Add Date Milestone'.

You can also set the Date Milestone Type to be any of a number of options such as MOT Expiry, Delivery Date, Missed Payment, Last Service etc.
Note: For Accelerate Expiry milestones actions will not trigger for quotes linked to opportunities with the Accelerate status Closed Won or Closed Lost. If you intend using this type of Date Milestone, please ensure your Opportunity Statuses are setup correctly so that these actions are only triggered when appropriate.
