Arval

You will need to follow the steps below to convert the Arval sheet into the appropriate format. It’s recommended you do all the steps in Excel except the last one which would be done in a normal text editor.
Remove all the columns before the finance figures EXCEPT the CAP CODE column. The columns to be removed should be A, B, C, E, F, G and H.
Remove all the columns after the finance figures. This should leave the CAP CODEcolumn followed by 36 finance columns.
Add a new column at the end of these columns, this should be column AL, the header will be Product and the value should be the product name e.g. “Contract Hire”. This text must match the product type description in Accelerate, so please double check this.
Delete the first three rows, these are all headers.
In a text editor open the csv file and paste the following as a new line at the start of the file to create the correct headers:
