There are a few modifications that you need to make to Santander ratebook files, these are:
Remove the first 7 lines of the file, so that the column headers are the first line
Highlight columns K,L,M,N and O (Finance Rental to Total Rental) and format them so that they are just numbers and the pound signs and comma's are removed.
Add an extra column at the end of the existing columns. The header is Product and the value should be the product name e.g. “Contract Hire”. This text must match the product type description in Accelerate, so please double check this.
After uploading the file, you will be asked to select the number of initial rentals prior to confirming the upload.
