An object level checklist is a checklist which rather than being shown on an attempt to change status, lives with an object (i.e. an opportunity, quote, proposal, order, contract etc.) and can be completed at any time.

Note: at present object level checklists are only available for relationships, opportunities and orders.

Creating an Object Level Checklist

To create an object level checklist, simply check the Object Level checkbox which will appear beneath the product types if you have selected a Type of Opportunity Status or Order Status:

All other aspects of the checklist setup are as per a status driven checklist.
